I think its super over priced since the bulbs cost under $15 and it probably takes about an hour.
Here is a how-to just for the tips.
There is also a write up and changing the color of the background.

1) No hot spots. DIY ones just plug n play do not have the even brightness lextech has. I tried it already.
2) It doesnt take an hour when your custom place and build the led to give a even amount of light over all places + burn in periods/calibration
3) Try doing your needles/cluster/climate unit yourself and if you break it your paying for a new one already. (which would be the cost of getting this done from lextech)
4) Lifetime warranty.
I dont mind the cheaper solution for people on a budget. Ill rather have the warranty/benefits then me breaking something.
Mods maybe should lock this soon. We had a few posts on this and its just going start debates of which is better DIY or SEND IT OUT. Thanks =) Go to the site for info if you want im happy with my decision.

Sorry, guys...I wasn't trying to start a Lextech vs 'do it yourself' post. I really just wanted to know if they were still in business, which it seems that they are. My cluster was delivered to them about 21 days ago (14 business days) and I'm having a hard time getting an ETA on when I'll have it back. I'd rather not deal with the air bag light, so I haven't been driving the SC, which is getting a little frustrating. Thanks, everyone, for the feedback. I'll take this discussion to PM with Killa-HZ/O.L.T.
