Default OEM Lexus Wheels?

Hey all,

I recently picked up a set of OEM 18" Lexus wheels for my '95 SC300 and I was wondering if anybody knew what these were worth? I got them for really cheap and I know that they are worth at least twice as much as what I paid but I'm not too sure. I've been debating whether or not to keep them or just flip them for a profit...any suggestions? I'm almost certain they are OEM GS350 wheels, as they are 18x7.5, but who knows. Also, if I do plan on keeping them I was thinking about 235/40/18 tires, does this seem like an efficient tire size? I'd appreciate any advice on the matter. Thanks for your time!

Here's a picture:

I'm not sure what car these are off of but you can compare prices if you find those wheels in the classifieds.

they wont look good on our SC's. Sell me one, I need a spare tire for my TT setup . Yeah, you can look in the wheels/tires classified to see roughly what ppl are asking for.

I'm pretty sure ES wheels are split 5-spoke, aren't they?

I found a picture on another thread of a GS 350 photoshopped with 2010 LS 460 wheels, and I'm pretty sure these are the same as mine:

And here's another picture of them on a LS 460:

Maybe my eyes are deceiving me, but I'm seeing plenty of similarities here.

Clearly they look pretty clean, regardless of the vehicle. I imagine they will be fine on my SC as well as it's also white, though with the right offer I may be willing to part with them. Not before determining their identity though! The only thing I'm completely sure of are that they are genuine Toyota products and that they are nice as hell.

Hmm, you guys are beginning to scare me, haha. Regardless, I checked prices and most OEM Lexus wheels are going for between $200-$280 a piece so even if they don't fit I'll hopefully be able to sell them to someone that can use them.

Lextasy has got a set of four 9-spokes going for about $1500...we'll see how it goes.

Well, I imagine mine is a dead cause at this point but I figured I'd take one more stab at it

I found some adapters:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...ht_4646wt_2439

and was wondering if this was an absurd idea? I figure I won't get what I paid for out of the wheels if I sold them obo so I thought if I could do anything to make them fit I'd do it. Any advice on the matter?

I'm beginning to wish I just saved up for the Volk TE37s...

Sarcasm...if I could afford $800+ a wheel it would've been done

Anyways, thanks for the replies, folks.

honestly, if you get adapters, you can rock BMW wheels later down the line if you decide to upgrade

So adapting different bolt pattens to the SC 114.3mm pattern isn't as absurd as I thought? I figured I'd get hit with a barrage of "WTF WERE YOU THINKING?" replies and then be shunned from the forums, haha.

If I can pick up a set up adapters for around $150, and it isn't totally impractical, then I may finally have found a solution to my problem. Thanks, folks. Pictures later if all goes well
