I was just wondering though with that low of mileage how do those few things get messed up? , i mean those are all wear and tear type items . Mileage wise I cant seem to see how that stuff is messed up unless it was always parked outside in the sun and my dash needles didnt go out until 220k on my 94 sc400. Does that make sense what im saying or am I just so tired Im rambling? Overall 94 in my opinion

I vote for the 94 with 68k miles. Considering the first owner is an older gentleman, he did nt drive this hard and take it to the track.

I would offer 5k though.

T70 Supra,

What is this CC issue you mentioned?

This car is definitely worth $6k. $3k is absurd and insulting

Yeah - I agree. 3k would be an insult. Ya get beat down with a cane by an old man offering 3k. LOL

Willhickey, what you're saying makes sense. I agree with you, the car was probably parked outside and that's why the seats are cracked and the needles don't work. However, the paint, headlights, and all ruber trim pieces look good, so I think I can easily fix the leather/needles/CC and be on my way to having a car that drives, and even looks like it was meant to back in 94.

Thank you all for your comments. I will let you know what I end up doing.

I would go with the 94 purely for the low mileage. The 98 however, has the 97+ body kit, tails, and a gated shifter. Thats a tough decision.

98 sc400... if your going get a 400 get the best 400 (290hp,gated shifter,97 kitted). Only get pre 95 if its a sc300 for turbo/OBD1 modding!

I ended up picking up the 94 SC4, and I have to tell you: I dont regret my decision at all.
This car has been super well maintained, and it shows. It drives and feels like a new car.

Once I fix the few minor cosmetic issues (seats, ac display, speedo needles) I will post some pics.

Thanks again for all your input!

PS: 98-00's are actually my favorite SC4s, but this 94 was too good to pass up. Maybe that will be my next buy.
