Take the picture to an embroidery shop? Depending on the application you're working with, they should be able to do it relatively inexpensively.

I would love to have that in my headrest and i was going to play around with it on my old seats since i just purchased new black leathers! The oval one is what i wanted for the seats and the long "Lexus" ones i wanted for floor mats.

The custom mats i saw where over $125 and believe it or not i live on a DIRT ROAD. Im in the sticks so these will be getting replaced every few months as it goes now..
