Standard parking barriers are set at a 1110mm height, which means you'll need clearance of 111cm or 43.7in+/- 1" for uneven ground.
The lowest car I've ever drove is a lowered Acura NSX on 18"s and it was not even close to going under a parking barrier. The standard dimensions of an Acura NSX are at 174.2in x 71.3in x 46.1in. Give or take 3-4inches for the lowering; compared to the Lexus SC of 192.9in x 70.9in x 53.2in (a full difference of 7.1in), your car would not be able to pass under the standard ANSI 43.7in height for parking barriers unless you were a full 9.5" lower under stock height.
Either the parking barrier is malfunctioning/not standard, or you've been watching too many movies.

you should try and see if you car will fit under the cargo area of a semi, like in fast and the furious when the civics were going under.
I'm not saying try and pass under one while driving, but go look for a stationed one behind a building or something and see if your car will fit underneath. That picture would be pretty epic.
I can't find the picture right now, but it is of a black s14 that actually is halfway under.

Damn i'm awesome, i found the picture.

not trying to be an ***, but I have to call BS until pics are posted of your car under the parking arm/barrier at the apex of your roof line. I worked access control for too many years, and know the standard height requirements, and if my little old s13 on coilovers and 15'' rims wouldnt fit under, and the fact that the NSX in the video above BARELY cleared, I highly doubt your car fit, unless the PSB in the state of KA isnt too concerned with their parking barrier/arm height requirements.
again, not trying to be an ***, but there has been so much misinformation flying around the forums lately, it frankly getting on my nerves and really makes me wish I was a moderator to referee some of the steaming BS..
