No has not been done. Good luck with that though

Inb4dalock.

Edit: Just saw you edited. Yes it can be done. But make sure you got the bank to be able to get it done. And don't halfass anything.

But to answer your main question, yes it can and I believe it has been done.

I am really not sure why these comments are so negative. Yes it can be done, and yes thats EXACTLY what I am doing...except in reality im really going for like 500...but still, YES IT CAN BE DONE.
Major things you need to be concerned with
-AEM EMS/full standalone...a piggyback isnt going to cut it for this. Full standalone is A MUST
-Thick headgasket
Then the rest is up to you....

^What do you mean by negative This subject has been covered 50000 times and he edited the first post, why don't you ask him what he was asking in the OP.
I guess you didn't see that he edited his 1st post and I edited mine also after him.

Does switching to GEICO save you up to 15% or more on your car insurance?

check my sig sir

561@21psi pump and 602 @24 vp103 mix with pump

all stock bottomend with boostlogic headgasket /arp bolts but the main requirement would be cams .. na cams suck at trying to make good power without turning boost up high

it can be done, of course everything costs. The NA head will breathe quite well up to 500 +/- hp but at that point the na cams will start literally choking you. You will either need to get them regrounded or put in some TT cams and use a 7m cam position sensor and get rid of the distributor. There are quite a few people on supra forums that hit a wall but as soon as they throw in some cams they gain 50-80whp easily on the na!

Quite simply headgasket, head bolts, proper fueling and turbo sizing and you can hit 600whp on stock long block... getting the head to breathe will be your key hurdle. Do not let anyone tell you other wise, the NA 2jz is AS STRONG as the GTE... period.

truforlife very true, my whole goal is pistons, rods, head work, valves, springs and the cams i dont know which ones they sell for the na motor essential to the turbo. but its all in the tuning....lex for life what cams do you have in your car? i was looking at brian crower and a place called ttc. as for turbo i really want to run a hks t51...whats your guys opinion?
