Thanks............ Sanded, primered and painted the OEM lip, then trimmed two pieces of garage door weather seal and secured it with screws and washers. You can also just use spray adhesive to mount the lower lip, but it tends to fall off easier.

To this today. No modification required, just have to remove trunk lock and finagle the lights, they'll fit in there eventually.

My 95 SC400, 198xxx miles. Bought it a month ago. It needs a new water pump and while I'm doing that I'll do a full tune up. I expect to spend about $850 - $1k on the parts and labor. Found a couple oem kits on eBay so I'll save on the parts.

After that I plan to get the interior done. Seats wrapped, dash panels changed to black. GS steering wheel swap. In dash touchscreen, new speakers, coilovers, wheels/tires and paint.
