Meister lips are anodized (unless you already stripped them), so metal polish may make them look worse.
That explains the difficulty I have polishing my rears especially around the hardware. The fronts polish out great. This fall I plan on disassembling the rears and installing new hardware. While they're out I'll strip the anodization. Thank you!
Bought the lip off a guy selling off parts of his car, finally got around to mounting it to see how it looks.
Seems fine, but I suspect a previous owner had chopped their front bumper and lip to give the wheel well a different curve,
because the lip ends short of my bumper and doesn't have a flat end piece to go in the wheel well.
Going to try and sand off the white overspray on the lip as well.
