Simply beautiful! Did you have to cut away any material from the calipers for them to fit? How do they perform?

They were bolt-on with the brackets from 350phi.com. I already had Supra TT calipers front & rear (for sale btw), but there was an instant improvement in bite when brakes were applied. Haven't fully tested them but no complaints yet.

I’m happy to see you’re still around and your car looks better than ever! Definitely one of my favorite SC’s on here.

Did you have to buy the GS-F BBK brand new? I would love to do the swap but figured it was extremely expensive.

Been awhile since I've posted here. My previous 92 SC400 sold a long time ago, V2 is now a 96 SC300 5spd purchased from another member here.

All the brake parts were brand new, all 4 calipers and rotors is about $1500.

Yeah, it has been a while. Wasn’t your other SC gold?

Did you get the brakes at a dealership? That’s much cheaper than I was expecting.

Fully testing them will tell you that you need better tires. lol

The calipers are actually very reasonably priced brand new from lexus. It's all the little hardware, rotor, and brake pad cost that hurt.

His old SC is the hero car in SC's gone wild.

Dude... been searching for that video for months. I saw it years ago and haven't been able to find it!
Another SC video I cant find is a tour of a black SC that has been modernized real nice. I remember the owner showing a shark fin antennae on it, was a great looking car.

We always joke that we're going to film a modern opposite version.

Wow! I never knew that. I would’ve considered buying the brakes when I still worked at the dealership. I figured it was going to be crazy high so I never bothered to look the parts up.

Oh, I didn’t know that. That’s really cool.

Default A rare find

I am really excited to report I bought this 1992 beauty in a pristine condition with 98k miles. 1 owner, serviced most of its life at dealership and no noticeable blemishes - inside or outside. I brought it home last night to CT from MA. Still marveling at its beauty - last night before going to bed went out to garage and gazed at it for few minutes. My wife, as usual rolled her eyes knowing what I was doing.
