I used Purple Power degreaser and a little all purpose cleaner, scrubbed with stiff bristle brush and then scraped them with a plastic scraper. There were tons of little bits of asphalt bonded to the surface. Did this two or three times and then let them dry in the sun. I think it’s important to dry them this way cause they need to be bone dry and the heat helps to achieve this.
After they’re dry, I used a product called GTechniq C4, which is specifically made for the job, it is a plastic restorer. Applied a coat as per the instructions and voila. It’s a ceramic coating so it’s gonna last a long time. I did a lot of research and this coating lasts longer than just about anything else you can get. I am anticipating it will last a couple years before I’ll need to worry about it again, since I don’t drive in the rain and it’s a garaged car.
Also, there was plenty left over for me to apply it to my wiper cowling and a couple other spots and it all looks brand new.

haha Bill you're too sweet man! Things are going well at the business! I'm still paying myself very modestly (I took a paycut from my last job to make this happen), however, I'm hoping that if I can continue to grow it while I pay off my SBA loan that 5-10 year from now Rudy will hopefully be quite comfortable.
Thank you for the well wishes sir - it's always truly appreciated!
