Leather-seats ebay seller - how's the leather quality?
I wanted to know which members bought leather covers from leather-seats a while ago, and how the leather is holding up after a few months/years of use.
I know there was a discussion a few years ago comparing the quality of the leather from leatherseats.com and the one from leather-seats.
I believe the conclusion was that the leatherseats.com leather was really nice, but a little more expensive than the other one.
I wouldnt mind spending 100-200 more bucks for better quality leather, but I wanted to see if the one from leather-seats was good enough.
I appreciate your input.
Thanks.

However, I did not want to completely discard the other seller, and wanted to see what experiences people had with it.
Thanks again.

Kinda curious about this myself. I could use some new leathers and their pricing and options were spot on. Ive driven an SC with the leatherseats.com kit and they were fine, but I wasnt sold on them.

I got a really good deal on the leatherseats.com full kit and I love it! I just bought some Zaino 'leather in a bottle' and cleaner to maintain them.
I had to get creative in some spots. The headrest was a little funky and the clasp pieces underneath it were nothing like the OEM ones.
For the price you can't really beat either kit.
OEM seat covers are what $1500+installation?

I took an upholstery class at wyotech and have my own industrial machine. But for the price I'd be happier to buy a set of covers and install them, than redo them myself. Making double reinforced seams look perfect is tricky as hell if you don't have a double-needle machine.
