SC- 1st Gen (1992-2000)

I guess this means I have a rare color? So what is this "Anniversary edition?"

So my car has a color code of 752, which is listed as Opal Teal Blue Pearl Metallic. The more I looked at it the more I figured it was NOT 8J5 Midnight Indigo as (no offense to anyone who has it) Midnight Indigo Pearl looks a little dull and dusty in comparison (to my eye). I did some searching but didnt come of with much info on this "anniversary edition" that some people have mentioned as having special colors. I have no idea why my car has a Supra color on it, but I like it!

That's pretty interesting. There's a 1993 SC300 in Dallas that is the same color that's going for $8000 right now.

Yep, that certainly could be a contributing factor. But I said dull by comparison, and comparing the two blues probably isnt fair anyway. Suffice it to say I'm VERY happy with my blue

Register your car with Lexus. The color will improve dramatically with some polishing from a DA. As it's a deeper metallic paint, boat wax will bring it out the best.
