Thumbs down Graffetti tagging the lense!!????

This is beyond RICER, this someone who has a wild hare up their
a**, with black paint and doesn't know what to do with it, except deface a perfectly sculptured automoible by creatively tagging the lenses. Sorry....... IMO this is bad. NO CLASS.......At least you kept your graffetti tagging to your ride!!!

not too into those black lenses, I have seen them redded, looks pretty nice. I think I am going to keep mine stock or get 98+ rears, just my opinion. Has anyone been able to clear them out or have a pic of a sc with clear rears?

i like it!
ima bite off your idea and do mine too!

all the rice screamers need to chill, your opinion is appreciated i'm sure, but there's no need to tell people that they don't have class

it's about taste, not class

anyways, i think these look a lot nicer than clears look...

remember the 'fast and furious' sc400 with the top lights painted silver? i liked those, and my car is silver, i think it'd look good with the black top taillights

Class and Taste usually go hand in hand...

Ricers have NO TASTE and NO CLASS. That's why they're ricers.

Fast and Frivolous was what ricers WISH they had (where the looks of their car can be backed up by performance)...

Like I said, when you paint the top, it will look bad. It will look RICER...

Just my opinion silversc3, but I think silver would look better than black since your car is silver.

I wouldn't go as far as calling it rice, but I've seen many Camaros, Trans Ams, and Mustangs with blacked out headlights and tail lights and they don't look right---not even on black cars. A car looks right when you have visible tail lights, just like it looks normal to have the indent for the rear license plate. I've seen a riced out Civic with the license plate indent molded over and the car looked veeeery weird. Anyway, if you're trying to mask the tail lights, that means you should swap them. If you don't like the '92s, do what manaray suggested and buy 97+ tail lights. I think they look really slick. BTW, not even the OEM greyed-out tail lights on the Mercedes C-200 Kompressors look right. Took Mercedes a few years to figure that one out...

Hey,, people are talking of silver tailight paint now?? Does anyone have a pic of how it looks?? (not neccessarily an sc). Also,, where do you buy it from?? Personally I'm a fan of the painted taillight look,, besides, it would cost around $400 to get 98-00 tails. I can see why people think this is rice,, but then again,, some volvos and porsches are stock w/ smoked taillights. Just a matter of opinion.

no offence or anything but saying it costs too much to get something that looks nice is kinda the reasoning behind why rice boys cut there springs .. its cheaper ... neither make any sense to me.

I think in CA, you will get a fix a ticket if you color your taillight... Good luck removing the color if you get a ticket.

according to 80% of the people on this board, it's price that goes with class

That's why you find one that matches.
