I have the Nardi Wheel but it isn't like that one and it has the wood center section cover as well.

The nardi isn't that much of a close match to the stock wood trim, at least it doesn't match too well to mine.

I still like it though

Yes, now you have to find the right Exterior/Interior color scheme. Click on link/scroll to the listed white 2002 Lexus RX 300 STD AWD - $11,990 you will see the 3 spoke wood steering wheel.

This one is from a 2003 RX300.
Does this use a single stage airbag?

The steering wheel itself will work with either a single or dual stage airbag.

No problemo! I think the plugs are just different and thats why you need the sub harness, but give them a call any way.
