If your going go for budget seats i would recommend getting ones without the company's logo in the headrest (looks tacky to me with logos). It would look alot cleaner without logos imo, i dont know anyone running these.
Go search around for ones without logos i would be the best looking ones for your interior. Just pick the style you prefer the most (sparco, bride, recaro). Just no logos unless its a high end brand. Megan = tacky

if your interior is tan. there are a pair of Sparco Milanos for sale in the sc300 classified for 650/pair which is a really good deal as i sold my Sparco Torino 2 for 700/pair a few months ago. You can consider those and they are a great brand.

I highly recommend getting these:
Megan racing really is considered cheap...
MemoryFab R98 reclinable seats. They come in Fiberglass, carbon, or kevlar.
Alot cheaper than brides!!!Closer to the cost of Megans... But cooler... Give em a call
http://www.memoryfab.com
Their site is being maintenanced which sucks but here are some pics:

Last pic is not the seat, just good boobies I found while searching seats...
I'm pretty sure they have 'low max' type seat brackets for Supra, which fits SC as well.
Those Megans are what, almost $300 each... These MemoryFab's are alot better, and only about 100-150 more!!! You get a discount of 100 when you buy two seats as well, just ask them if they are still doing that deal!
Remember, even with those Megans you'll still have to buy seat brackets as well.
From what I've heard the ***** and adjustment mechanisms are great quality, close to Bride.
+ Full composite body shell
+ 23lb Reclinable seat solution
+ Micro Adjustment ****
+ Quick Release latch for rear seat access
+ Micro-fiber fabric
+ Double Density foam for comfort
+ Customizable seat combinations
+ 34-40 Waist fitment
+ Mount using standard Recaro or Sparco rails
+Washable fabric
+Custom logos, or no logo available

1st off, wow @ the exhaust pipe coming off that 240
2nd, I wonder how difficult and/or funny to watch, fitting the normal seatbelts over these seats?
I am in the market right now for seats (these leather rips are breaking my heart) I have the money, but just can't fully decide on something. I've been shopping for them for over a year now and still haven't found anything definite. Thanks UZZ-TT for posting this, I know you know your stuff, and maybe I'll give them a call and see whats what.

They are definitely the best QUALITY budget seat out there, with the cleanest up to date style. Especially if they still have the 100 off for two seats deal. Get emmm and post picsssss. There's also a base model Sparco that looks nice for the price.
All those Megans, and Ebay knock offs usually look like they time warped from 1999, and I've sat in Netami seats... Which broke into a constantly reclined state shortly after that person (NOT ME) had them... Same crap. Cheapo. Dont do itttt
OH Found the real 'New' Sparco to look at. These have a warranty and guarantee I'm sure:

New for 2009, only $289
