Where exactly is this ugly "fat upper ***** area" located on an SC? To my knowledge it doesn't have an ugly part on its body.

That line is what makes the sc so nice. Not to mention its gonna be a whole crap load of work to get that line out.

When the SC design was first introduced, it was thrown out because it didnt have that line in the body and the design coordinator almost lost his job because of it..he was given a second chance, by Toyota's top officials, and when he added the line it saved the SC design and his job..dont believe me, Google it..

so unless you want to loose you SC privileges, LEAVE IT ALONE!!

but yeah, I think it would look fugly without it.

That bodyline does make the car. Shaving/filling it would be ALOT of welding to do it right. All the welding can/will warp the sheetmetal. Not to mention if the body flexes any it will crack. How could you NOT like that bodyline?

Do you know how much time & money will be spent? How do you intend on smoothing it out?
I'm sure it will add to the weight in some way.

Good looking car though, good luck w/ your project.

That line is cool and helps keep the car's exterior in harmony.

Plus, the Calty people will probably hire a team of ninjas to kill you for intentionally destroying their stroke of genius. They were so proud of that line that they mentioned it in the dealer promotional video!

Seriously, though...Back off the "fupa."

I first thought it was ugly, but i got used to it. I like the lines that make the bottom of the car wider than narrower, thats why i didnt like it.

I'm still surprised at people who leave the line after doing a wide body. I would reverse the line where the wheels go on the wide body

Just my opinion.

I wonder if anyone can photoshop the idea....its all about making the car look better not different though.
