RPM's dropping and raising when stopped at light or anytime I let off the gas pedal
I am thinking either the IAC or TPS but which one? It also idles at 1900 RPM when I start the car before it warms up. It will drop to 400 RPM at a red light then surge to around 2000 several times, however as long as I give it gas it has no problem...should I clean the IAC valve and throttle body or replace the IAC or TPS? any help would be apprerciated. thanks
