If you don't have her admission on record with a cop or in writing, you may have trouble with insurance if she decides to change her story down the road. Here in VA, if a person rear-ends another, it's usually that person who will be at fault.

most insurance agencies will say you are at fault. even if the other driver told you it was her fault. trust me, her story will change very quickly... i hope you got a police report with her stating she was at fault (in writing!!) plus if she slammed on her brakes and left skid marks, take a photo of it. it'll further help your case when you have the burden to prove she was really at fault.

dude the last couple of pics made me cry for reals man get the most of her insurance as possible!!!!! keep on calling them every day thats the only way to get the full$$$$ back thats what my bro did with his LX 470!! and i am so so sorry :C but man u had one sick beast hope u fixed her up back again the ensurance payed us 18gs and the damaga cost us 3,500$
