Default My New '95 SC

After four weeks of searching, I finally found what I was looking for. It's a 1995 Black 5spd SC300 with 116k. I picked it up for $7k with the 19" x 9.5" Work Eurolines. The rear tires are hella-bald from camber wear so they will need to be replaced ASAP. From the looks of it, the front brakes have the LS400 BBK conversion done, along with JDM window visors, 97 skirts, tint, & a painted front lip. The engine and exhaust are completely stock. I did notice some slight smoke coming from the tail pipe when I let it warm up a few minutes ago when taking these pictures I test drove it twice for a few hours each time and really concentrated on the exhaust when it was running and never saw anything. I'm so nervous because I just sold my w210 Mercedes a few weeks ago because the coolant system was out of wack and the head gasket was leaking. I pray that this is not the issue. There is no CEL & since this is OBD I, I can't use a code reader either. If there are any VA/DC/MD owners who can diagnose this, I'm all for it. If not, I'm going to have my indy check it out ASAP. I really need to flush all the fluids including coolant, oil, transmission, and rear dif pretty quickly. Here are some pretty crappy pictures from my garage, but you get the idea.

I searched around and found it might be my ECU. Seems like they run for $100 online. Does anyone have an extra one laying around? I'd rather pay a forum member than an Ebay user.

Thank you Correct, I found it on Craigslist. At first I thought it was out of my price range, but I met up with the seller near my house & drove it last week. I couldn't get this SC out of my head, so on Saturday I drove about an hour into So. MD and picked her up. The drive home was smooth. It's sitting in my garage until Thursday for the new tires to arrive so I can pass inspection.

Good buy Tabaka. Your smoke is probably condensation if it's thin and white. All my SC's do it for the most part and for a good while until operating temp.

Funny you mention that. When she gets to operating temperature it goes away. But it's got a strong gas/exhaust smell. The white smoke is definitely not heavy, but a little more than light. I'm pretty paranoid because I just spent $7 thousand dollars lol.

Thanks for all the compliments

Thank you. Actually I have another set of stretched tires to install, so it will look a little different by the end of this week. The rear tires are hella-bald from camber wear. I'll post new pics around the weekend.
