I say lets see another one with a hood scoop. Keep in mind guys, not everyone likes everything you do! Its your car, so do with it what you want. I like chrome, but it seems everyone on here hates chrome..

...and it aint that good either.I went through this years ago on the BMW board. I put some 19" chrome e65 wheels on my car and the purists lost their minds. We all know what opinions are like though....

Those are vents.
This is a scoop
This is a Vent
All the cars in the pictures you posted have vents.
Vents work. Scoops do not. Unless you have a topmount intercooler like a Subaru, or your intake is on top like the first pic.

None of the cars you posted have hood SCOOPS(to schoop the air. meaning a scoop facing TOWARDS incoming direction of air. as to forcefully direct the air towards a intercooler for example), instead you posted vented hoods(which help dissipate HOT engine temperatures).
