What is this part? SC300

this picture is from another thread but im trying to piece together my shell, running out of money and finding more crap i need. what is the part thats round cylinder like black at the top with some white overspray at the bottom

this is on an SC300

ah ok thanks, this car is turning out to be a disaster, whoever sold the parts off of it really took it down to nothin
