Default Installing Lower Control Arms - Help

To the right of the left 22mm yellow circle, there is a rubber spacer. Is that reused when installing new LCA? And is there only one?

Also what spec do you torque down the ball joint to?

I reused that spacer, although it really didn't even make a difference (as you'll see). I don't recall the torque spec. I'm sure it's searchable though

Are you talking about the bushings? Optimal time to replace them

No, it's like a flat, little, wrinkly, donut shaped piece of rubber that goes outside of the bushings. Far as I know, you can't buy them anymore, so I just put the old one back on ... even though it does absolutely nothing anymore. Was it maybe a dust ring/collar originally???
