Just to make it clear that I wasnt leaving him in the dark:
even if he didnt get the MAFT Pro, or FIC I would have taken the drive down to at least attempt to get his car running right and go back through EVERYTHING..so as of now, I still feel that I was banned for no reason...
Carlos if you scrap the project your going to regret it horribly. After talking to a few people over on club na-t I have come to the conclusion that the safc is what's giving you issues. Ody had the same exact problems with his na-t supra sold the car and is regretting it now..you don't need a full standalone, like Ali said go with the FIC or use the maft pro, both have shown and been proven to work excellent with odb2 vehicles and they are fairly cheap and easy to use and eliminate the key problem with tuning odb2 cars which is the maf. IF you can hold off for a few more weeks and get an maft pro and map sensors I can help you get it installed and setup and if you want we can do an egr delete to eliminate some of the usless junk under the hood...don't give up on it, I haven't, just been busy with work and trying to get my car done...hold out for a bit, save some cash and sell the safc2 and we can go from there...sound like a deal?

i dont get why tubrodremz is banned...if he is, then ashtray should be too.
As much as you say your just trying to warn people of your mistakes....it's gonna seem like a message with a hidden agenda/target. I cant pick sides since this is the interwwebs and both of you guys could be lying. Who know? Who Cares? Anyways, this thread should have been closed long ago.

2.) Make sure your CLmember is always there to help you online(which mine was at times) but ALSO that he/she can make visits to your place of residence to help you, obviously not everytime you ask will he/she be able to..but come on atleast once should be fair..this way you dont need to tow your car to your CLmember for help everytime something goes wrong. After enough time and money have been wasted...it begins to matter.
All in all, this thread makes me lol.

Maybe instead of "trusting" a fellow member for services and word of mouth agreements, write it down on paper and sign it.

Ok I'm going to step in here since he decided to make his statement public, and don't really care if I get banned for it, but don't appreciate getting burned cause someone didn't know what they were getting into by going na-t on an odb-2 SC300.
First of, had I know you(Carlos) didn't know a damn thing about your car or how it worked (i.e- when you asked me how the radiator worked, or what the afr's meant) I would have never sold or installed the kit on your car. I would have left it on my car and continued my build with that exact kit, but chose to go bigger cause I knew the turbo would support my goals in the long run.
Second, there was absolutely NO ISSUES with that na-t kit, and I have well over 50 people that will vouch for that here locally. The only problem was that you failed to learn the BASICS before you blindly jumped into things that are now obviously beyond your automotive comprehension.
Third, I also have people to vouch that your car was running 100% perfect after the last time you came here to finish the last bit of the installation. Your car walked all over a G35, was holding the afr's just fine while in boost at a beautiful 11.2. Only problem was in 3rd gear at wot it was going lean..thats part of the ODB-2 issue and compensation from the ecu.
Fourth, before your stock parts were removed(the bolts were seized, cutting was the only option at the time and you said it was fine to cut them, I asked you SEVERAL times) you were given more than enough warning that there was no turning back at that point. So with that being said, NO I wont and cannot dish out $60 to replace your stock manifold for you cause you dont want to take the time to learn about YOUR car and what YOU wanted done to it.
Final thing, the fact that you insulted me personally cause I didnt drive down to hold your hand when I didnt have work for 2 weeks and had to take care of my family is why I said dont PM/Call/Text/Email...YOU crossed the line. If you wouldnt have given up so damn easy, and would have looked in your "problem" thread, you would have seen that I offered not 2 days ago to drive down there to lend a hand in the next week or so. Unlike you, my mommie and daddy dont give me money when I need it. I work for the things I have, and I have bills and a family to take care of and they come FIRST, not YOUR car that you failed to learn about.
To everyone else, make all the assumptions about me you want, but the bottom line is this thread is purely fault of the OP due to know knowing the basics of automotive performance/maintenance/trouble-shooting. I have done nothing on this thread but try and give 100% accurate information to those who ask, or atleast point people in the proper direction if I didnt have the answer. I try to be fair, and not burn people to badly when they ask silly questions, or make a boo-boo and mess something up.
To those who have given me information or helped me out on anything, I thank you kindly, and hope that your kindness never backfires in your face. To the MODS, sorry this went public, didnt think he would cross the line 2 times in one day with me.

This thread is stupid and turbo is not at fault. IF the car was at one point running fine and then after it left him stopped working that is of none of his concern. Anytime you add force induction to a non turbo car you are risking having issues. Most people who get turbos beat on the car right after doing so which is clearly the case here since we already have a story of racing a G35. Problems arrise its not the installers fault AND to add to that people have lives. He offered to help you just because it doesnt fit your timeline is no reason to publicly slander some one.
I understand the frustration of having problems with your car. It drives me insane and I hammer at it until it fixed but from what Tubo has said the OP is as much to blame for this as Turbo is if not more.

I was trying to be nice..but when he gave up on the build, and expected me to pay to replace the stock na manifold, and I told him I couldnt at this point in time cause I have a family and my own build to finish and didnt have work for 2 weeks, and he attacks me personally then makes all this BS public, Im not going to put up with it...and not my choice on leaving, talk to Dave about that...he banned me before he even knew the whole story...

I was trying to keep it civil and between us, till he went and made it personal and public and again got me banned. The kit, labor and tune was all included in the agreement..and all was good the last time I had his car in my posession, then he got the car back home and started having one issue after another...if anyone was to go back to his problem thread, on the 31st I told him to give me some time and I would drive down there and help him out so he didnt have to scrap the project...but he spit in my face. I wasnt giving up on helping him, but he needs to keep in mind I am a father of 3, and I have a life as well.

Know that before I removed his PM capability, his turbodremz account signature already read "No longer updating my build thread or posting here on CL. ", he changed his forum name to a fake name with the last name "SICOFTHEBSONCL" and he had deleted all his PMs. This does not sound like the action of someone who stands by other members or has done the right thing and is standing up for themselves. His public badmouthing of me above only reinforces that... turbodremz you have my contact info if you want to discuss further and tell me your side of the story.
