From the SC3 and SC4 to the 430...and these cars used to be so pretty

man sometimes is not about what you drive is about what your car looks like.... i could spend 60,000 dollars on a car because of it name and if is ugly it doesnt mean im hold it down, but again i could spend 5,000 dollars on a car and if i give it a real nice look belive me i will be hold it down much more than you......
where u could find a 60,000 dollars car with any brand that looks ugly?
Bently car is not sexy car for me but hella expensive..

i wasnt specific on a type of car, some one said that looks didnt matter when it comes to a car, that the brand was more important, so i wrote that i didnt agree with that, i think being able to afford a car and having it nice means alot more than having a car you cant even afford and not be able to even put wheels on it.... (when i said holding it dowm) i meant when you have something people wish they had meaning a really nice looking car, i dont see how you wouldnt understand what holding it down means come on dawgs this is all hood having the hottest car on your block thats what i meant....

hey i love sc430's dont get me wrong i never said i didnt like them read the forum again youll see i said i would trade my sc400 over one of those any day of the week if i could afford it but i cant lol, and when i said 60,000 i wasnt specific i just wanted to proof the person a point that just because you buy an expensive car it doesnt mean everyone is going to like it that was all brothers....

Two separate posts and it's all one sentence. Awesome!
I can't afford to buy an SC430 and I don't own (have never owned) an SC300/400 either, so I'm pretty impartial when it comes to this. That said, I'd rather have a clean GTE-swapped sc300 over an SC430 any day of the week.
As a side note - I'd take an E46 M3 over both, so I guess it's really irrelevant.
I just think the 430 was a step in the wrong direction as far as styling goes. I've yet to see a hard-top 'vert that I liked the look of aside from the SL Merecedes.
I would've liked to see them do something along the lines of the photoshopped 2-door 2IS's that I've seen.

depends on how they're done.
i'm in love with this. I don't like them in stock form, just like I dislike most 1SC's in stock form. It's mostly the demographics of the people who buy em. Most that buy the 2SC's are happy with them the way they are, while we, the ones who can't afford them aren't. Different taste for different people.

Thats beautiful. ^
Nothing against the 430, everything about it is just newer and more modern than an SC and you can really REALLY tell the difference once you've ridden in both. A stock 430 looks like an old man's golfing weekend car, vs. a modded one looks incredibly BA.

I still think the roof to trunk area is terrible. The roof ends abruptly and you have this goofy, long, slanted trunk.
Oh and almost any car will look pretty good when it's slammed with good wheel fitment/wheels.

That's probably the only bad thing about the SC430. I guess it's personal preference, but I personally don't find it that big of a deal. To each his own.
