he must have be doing 100 MPH and hit a rail that was sticking up above the ground...Wald's wheels don't bend that easily...

As for the wheel itself, it's the Wald Duchatelet (the original)...not as nice as the new Duchatelet III...

Yeah, my friend has the normal duchatelets. I really don't know how he bent his wheels. He told me that they were bent after he went over some railroad tracks in the hacienda heights area. I don't know about 100mph, but I'm sure he was probably going pretty fast

Here's a picture of one of his wheels before it got bent...his wheels haven't been on his car for a long time since the second time he bent them...

Dunno, I'm not much of a 'dish' wheel fan...

I wonder what widths and offsets the black car has- the front looks good, but it looks like the rear wheels could use a 1/4" spacer to bring them a bit more flush...

Of course, I am super-critical of wheel fitment.

Personally, I think dish wheels should be chrome or high polish. That dull, flat silver look on a dish wheel just looks cheap and defeats the whole purpose.

Wald USA is based out of San Francisco, CA and is a separate entity from Wald Japan. Their price for the kit is $1650, however there are two versions: one with a clip on front lip and one with a front bumper replacement. 650.333.1028 ask for Jon.

Jeff, please post as many pics as you can take. Maybe even document the install? What color is your SC? I'm very curious to see the kit on a non-black car.

Boy, I don't think I'd take my car to your shop...

How does 5x120 work on 5x114.3?

Krazy: The lug hole bores on 5x120 or 5x112 wheels are indeed large enough to get onto a 5x114.3 studded car, but that doesn't make it correct. The lug nuts will not seat correctly, and will distort the lug studs, causing fatigue, and, quite possibly, failure.

I find it very difficult to believe Dazz would condone this... anything to make a buck, I guess.

Not to be critical, but perhaps this is why you "used to own a shop."
