Also you could check the resistance of your coils using a multi meter. I can get you the specs when I go to work tonight.

You can test that but I don't really think it's a coil. It sounds like a fuel issue. Check the pressure and look for any leaks. They may be really small. And it wouldn't hurt to try a fuel system cleaning.

I don't think it's the TPS because you only have this problem when your in gear and the engine is under load right? If you can bring the rpms up when your in neutral just fine then the tps sensor sounds like it's working. Now if this problem occurs both in gear and in neutral than yes I might be a tps sensor. If you have some sort of scan tool that shows data it is really easy to check the sensor.

And if you want to be sure that it is not spark related just go pick up a cheap spark tester from a auto parts store and just check it at every wire before the plug. I think there like $5 and there very easy to use.

nope it is still hestitating jerking when past the 2500 k rpm mark in gear, but one time i was low in coolant to the point the car was starting to heat up at night , but at that time the car accelerate rather smoothly1!??

They say it can be my crank sensors?

I have not checked the timing since the timing belt may need to be replaced anyway.

I did replace the tps with another one still the same thing!

Cool timing off two teeth the mechanic says

HEY DID all wires , spark plugs , distributor cap and rotor, ignition works fires , it idles fine and very smooth until up to 2500 rpm when it sputters and no power while in gear.

I have had the car diagnosed and they say the timing belt is off two teeth!! I am going to replace the t belt today by my mechanic. CAN that be the cause of it having no power past 2500 rpm approx and sputtering past that. thank you

Two teeth out? Definitely a big problem there. That'll not only affect your ignition timing but your cam timing as well. Was it out two teeth advanced or retarded?
