The buzzing in the fuel tank area is probably the pump itself. What kind of pump is it? I know my brothers walbro 255 is really loud when it primes and then you can hear it every so often when your driving along.
It also doesnt help that the SC's fuel tank is inside the car

Looks much better with the Shine copied AC rocker panels and rear skirt and bumper. Still, I don't particularly like the front lip, but I will reserve final thoughts until after the paint job. A rockin paint job will definitely help, but the lip just looks big and bulky. Again, I want to see the complete job, and no chrome on the lower door slats.
