Angry Installing Window W/Broken Regulator

I have searched and searched and searched, so don't even try it.

My regulator (or something) is prohibiting my Window from rolling up or down. On occasion, by accident, I'll pull the switch and it works perfectly. But only once or twice then nothing.

So how do I install the window glass when the window regulator is stuck halfway up and down?

Thanks in advance for your support.

Jase

P.S. Any advice on how to prevent my hands from becoming handburger from the razor sharp edges in the door would also be appreciated.

Put gloves on if edges are sharp take on the interior panel, put the reg in the halfway mid way position, slide window glass into the reg slot and bolt it in?
