What steering wheel hub is that? Ive been looking at an nrg hub and qr but there isn't one for Lexus and the only Toyota one I've found is for a celica and im not sure if it would be compatible

looks good, I think you really need a 4-runner distributor cap, then you can run at least a 3" pipe to the maf instead of using that reducer.
You can get the plate from anywhere that sekks euro stuff(ebay)
