Default 92 SC 400 Need Help

Ok so I just finished changing my starter and put eveything back together. I put the battery back in and nothing. The car will not power up in any way, as if there is no battery in it at all. I thought maybe it needed a jump but that didn't work either. I can't think of anything I've done that would cause this. Has anybody had this problem after changing their starter? If so what was the cause? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Ok I checked all the fuses and none were blown. However I did mangae to completely overlook one of the wires connected to the battery. I hooked it up and now have power but the car still won't even turn over. I'm at a loss here.
