Organized my Photobucket finally but I killed all my pic links, so I'm reposting here.
Here the pics from the online ad I answered:
Picked this up very soon after getting the car.....extra 2JZ-GE out of a 95 GS300:
Picked up some MB Battles...18x9.5 all around.....F+23, R+15
Epic 4x4 status:
About that time, my stock motor developed a start up rattle, so I yanked the motor, steam cleaned the bay, and freshened up my "extra" motor with all new seals and a timing belt....all Toyota/Lexus parts.
Got the motor up and running, and started having issues with the stock auto tranny....Decided to go 5-spd, so I bought a complete swap from a salvage yard and did the install at my shop. Here's some pics from that process:
Sometime around there I did the LS400 Brake upgrade.....4 piston fixed calipers and massive (compared to stock) rotors.

Most recent mod was the BC Racing coilovers...Here's some shots after we rolled the fenders and lowered it down:
That pretty much how she sits now....and I do mean sits.....rear tires are both bald, so I've been driving the civic....stock honda DD for the win.

Now for the update.....started my forward-facing intake manifold project...Chopped the upper flange off the lower intake manifold runners, welded on a baseplate for the new plenum, and order 6 48mm aluminum velocity stacks....I've also got a 5' piece of 4" thickwall aluminum pipe that I'll split down the middle and use to cap the plenum....the sides will be boxed in with more of the 1/4" plate that was used for the baseplate.....I've got a 1/2" thick aluminum plate to use as a throttle body flange.
The baseplate was welded inside of the runners and outside with a spoolgun.....we didnt tig it because the tig runs much hotter and we're trying to keep warpage down....I may have to remove that aluminum angle iron we tack welded on for support as it's allowing some bow already....I'll prob end up using a stock intake gasket for a template and drilling a 1/2 steel plate to bolt the intake to while we finish fabrication.
I cleaned up the interior runner welds today with a die grinder at the shop....everythings blended in nicly with a seamless transition from baseplate to runners...I'll follow up soon with a dremel and have it baby-butt smooth, and ready for the velocity stacks to be welded in.

Thanks man!
They've been awesome for normal street driving....very comfortable....I've yet to up the stiffness to much, because I dont want the temptation to play before I relocate my fender harness.
Rears dont rub at all.....the front rub not on the fenders, but in the wiring harness area, and thanks!
Thanks, I'm sure you've had your work cut out for you as well.
I hope to make quick progress on it...
Thanks, and they're Falken's (Have to go look to see the type) 245-40-18's
