Sorry If this is a noob question that you guys have seen a million times before but I searched the forums and couldnt be too sure.

Is the fog relay the relay right under the fuse kick panel?

If the diagram is right the relay is for seat htr and fog lights both?

Also in the picture the two blue fuses on the very top right corner are extra fuses correct?

looking straight at the fuse box its up and to the left of it above an orange connector...

So its not in the picture at all but more in the area of where the wires are....ill take a look. thanks
