Default Painting my interior black.

I really hate the tan/poo interior and decided i should paint the interior. So i bought a bunch of SEM Landau black cans and an "All purpose surface cleaner" can as well. I have a few questions to the people who have done this before.. How did you guys paint the climate and volume ***** and the hazard light on the side without the "white line" indicator turning black? Also, the power buttons for the doors and windows, any problems with those?

i just painted over it. It would have been to much work other wise. If you really want to retain the white marks, try and find a person selling the black pieces.

Ahhh ok thanks. I just want the "TEMP Push AUTO" to light up at night lol. Also, I want to paint the wood trim as well. Should i just paint over it or sand first, then paint?

That looks great! How hard was it for you to take off all of the dash and paint everything?

Paint over it then take something pointed (i used a razor blade) then scrap out where you dont want the paint. Worked well for me. Also use a wax grease remover after using the surface cleaner and use a adhesion promotor before you spray on the SEMs dye.

There's a "Where to Buy" zip code search on SEM's home page.
