Black or White?
Should I paint my car white or black?
I have an onyx black sc with auto couture and 18" SSR vienna replicas. I know with white, my car and the auto couture will stand out a lot more than black. But black is also nice and very classy looking. SO HARD TO DECIDE! Help guys?

I've had both black and now I have a white SC. I never thought I'd like the white but I couldnt pass up a car of its condition just because of the colour. Lemme tell you that I've absolutly fallen in LOVE with the pearl white. When its nicely detailed everyone just stares and compliments me on how gorgeous the pearl paint is.
My old black SC was nice too, but a PITA to keep nice and clean. Even when I did give it a wash you could still see all the swirls and scuff marks.

I have a black mkiv and when I bought a white SC and parked it next to the sup.... it made me wish my mkiv was white haha. White just really makes body lines pop on a car and it has such a clean look pretty much all the time. You drive a black car for a day it looks dirty. White allows the body lines of a car to speak for themselves instead of having a color do the work.
Don't get me wrong I still like black- but I think it looks best on a car with very agressive styling to pull off the black bad *** look.
In your situation, the beauty of starting with a black car is you can leave the engine bay black and it looks good- I'm actually a huge fan of black engine bays no matter what the color. My vote goes to starfire pearl white.

My SC was originally white, but the previous owner was a **** & let the paint fade & crack. I repainted it in 668 Black & I love the way the car looks now. Black cars IMO look so much more aggressive than most other colors. The only draw back to having a black car is of course cleaning it more often.
