I have a friend who work at the dealership I got the car from. I know a Japanese guy he's giving me a suspension. I'm about to buy new white rims. I'm probably going to get a new bumper state tuned to the return of sexi. I'll also post pictures as I work on converting this car.

I couldn't agree more. If you decide that you are going to put a substantial amount of parts and mechanical effort (labor!) into the car to repair it, you might just as well put that time and money into freshening a new clean donor car. When you're all done, you'll have a clean titled car that's probably in better condition than the original (since you'll have two cars to choose the best parts from ). Then, sell of the parts from leftover chassis.

BTW, don't mean to add insult to injury here, but . . . considering this from a whole other perspective, I think you overpaid for the car to begin with and if you truly can reclaim 13k of your 14K invested, you should SERIOUSLY think about doing that too. MUCH less hassle in the end and you can most likely find another car with a 2JZGTE within a 13K budget. Food for thought. I guess it pretty much comes down to how much time, money, energy to have to contribute to the ultimate solution. Choose wisely though, being buried underneath a project like that can be an awful experience if you're not prepared for it. G/L

could you negotiate with your insurance to have them pay out $5k as a damage claim instead of a total loss? that way the title would stay non salvage- or have they already paid you out?

Lexus Project Code Name White Falcon is under way the. And entire Supra suspension has be swapped over to my lexus the only thing needed is a lower control arm cause my old one is slightly bent. Got a new fender needs to be pained but then again so does the whole car to get that nice shine. So here are the planes get the suspension fixed. Install new fuel injection system. Get a Smaller exhaust current one is Huge. Also I have a Brand new bumper and new lights being put on when everything is done. The main problem right now is that the door is jammed and we can't get the fender on because we can't open the door from the inside outside or any other way. We can't take the panel of because, the screws are inside the door so you need to open it.

Main course always comes with sides. I choose a little bit of rice lol. I'm not a Ricer, far from it. I wanted something fast that I could put time and money into looking the way I wanted it to look.
