I need help to make my rear wheels flush as possible.....

After with 10mm spacer

Since my rears are getting worn out, I'm planning going 225/35/19 tires... Current rear tires are 275/30/19, would that help make the wheel more flush? OR should I get 5mm spacer?

after the 10mm spacer you put on, your rear wheels look pretty flush to me (from what i can see in the picture).
Now to your question about the tires...
What Width are your 19s?
and how low are you?
i'm running 225/35/19 on an 9.5 width and my stretch is pretty aggressive and helps clear my rolled fenders.

currently your tire is square walled, by putting a 235/35, the tire will start to stretch, allowing more clearance for the tire to go in the fender. at the same time allowing the bead/lip of the rim to poke out of the fender.
right side is a g35, with a 19x10 on 235/35/19 tires. rolled rear fenders, no tire is poking, but just the lip of the rim.

flush is flush, sunken is sunken, &poke is poke. don't think they all mean flush.
