But if I had a wife that ever told me to sell my car and thats it... I would tell her.. All the bills are payed, All the kids have food and theres a roof over your head so why?. She would have a point that I have so many extra cars but I dont want to sell ZERO. She wants to sell 2. I say meet half way with one.

Situation like these make me never want to get married. I have a GF and she knows how much I love my toys. All things are paid so she has no reason to complain.
I agree, as long as everything is paid, everything is taken care of and you have no worries you should have the right to keep both cars. If you are in serious debt and you still want to keep two cars best to reconsider..

A "relationship" that isn't equal isn't a relationship.

But, not sure if its taking it that far not getting married just because you might have to give in into what your spouse says. Maybe they have their priorities straight....

Maybe if one of the guys flake on you you might get to keep one

Man you guys are reading WAAYYYYY to deep into this......LOL. It's never been a money issue. I put them up for sale because my wife had a very legitimate complaint.....I don't have time to enjoy them.....and she was 100% correct. I can't say I was exactly fair to her either since I occupy all garage space and she parks outside.

And if the single people here think marriage is without complaints from both parties......I highly advise against considering popping the question I'm sure some of the other married members can chime in on that one.

keep the Supra - not the wife. She should understand that the hobby keeps him from strangling her.

I know where your coming from man, things change once you become a family man, you don't even think the same. I've been a die hard car enthusiast before i could even drive, now that i have a family my car is definetly on the back burner, not that i don't love it but i just don't really have the time for it that i used to, sometimes i wish i did but really I just have more important things keeping me busy..

It's still depressing selling it because at least with it sitting in the garage you have that piece of mind that you still have it.
