you have to be alil more descriptive brother....if its only when you turn i would check the fluid in my ps pump first maybe to low, also i would have someone turn the wheel and see if bubbles start coming up (air in system)....just a start....idk maybe someoen else has advice...

First to check is power steering fluid levels

I agree. Check the level when cold or hot. There is a level for each, add fluid if needed. If not, then flush the system and install Dexron III transmission fluid, and then see if it dissapears on you. The biggest thing is getting all of the air out of the system once you brake the lines loose.

If your PS fluid levels is fine, or it doesn't go away when you top it off, your PS pump may be going out. The noise you described is a pretty common sound for a dying pump too.

yeah its the idle up valve mine went out check that out and the power steering pump
