metra wire harness for sc300 help
posted this on the audio section but no replies..i hope yall can help a bro out
i just got a new unit and i'm trying to install it, but the thing is i'm confuse about the connectors. the oem wire's got 3 connector and the metra's only got 2...now i've searched the forum and couldnt find anythang...i know i can just splice the wires and connect them directly but b4 i do all that i want to c if any of yall can help...i dunt want to trash my $20 harness yet...help would b appreciated i've been dying without my music 4 tha past month and a half...o yea and im working with a 93 sc300 with the stock tape player...i'm trying to install a pioneer avicx710...

Also, I am currently in the process of installing an Avic X910bt, and I just met with a guy at Best Buy today about connecting the wires and he said you only need the middle connector that's in the stock radio. Also, the harness he said I needed was called Toyota AMP Integration Harness, and it has one connector with 4 plugs and some wires.
Hope that helped! I've been without music for a month or two as well. Hopefully I'll finally finish it this weekend!

They by passed the stock amp when the wired in my radio. It seemed like alot of work and they charged me extra to do it. I'm also using a pioneer too. They ran a few wires from where my stock amp used to be all the way up to the deck area. Just get a pro to do it.
