Looks like my "rare" Opal Blue Pearl Metallic (752) is getting a fresh coat
I don't know why the kids of this generation are the way they are, but hopefully one day when they have property of their own they will realize the error in in their ways. Long story short, my car was scratched up and now I have to get a whole new paint job. Since the color does not show up under any SCx00, and even the Lexus website has it listed as Baltic Blue Metallic (which I don't see listed anywhere or have a paint code for), I'm a little concerned about it being the same color. My paint code is 752.....
...... which comes up under a Supra but not any Lexus that I have seen thus far. As I mentioned in a previous post, this must be what the "Limited Edition" means that attached to my car.
Anyway, here is the prep work. I think I should take the factory wheels over there and remove my IS wheels to make sure no over spray gets on them.

You have a '752' Baltic Blue Sc300!?
My 95 Supra is Baltic Blue...and actually I think I HAVE seen other Baltic Blue Sc300's for sale when I was looking.
I saw a 97' Sc300 in Ft Worth last year for sale that I thought looked to be Baltic Blue. I was also looking at a 95' 5spd Sc300 up in Virginia that I now believe was Baltic Blue, so some probably were painted '752'
Has got to be rare as hell though really.

I love that color! It's so weird and unique at the same time! I saw one of these once and couldn't believe it was a stock color since it doesn't look like any of the other old school Lexus.

Far be it for me to judge, but painting an SC RSP, that didn't come that way, is less cool than repainting your SC back to its rare stock color. RSP is cool and all, but without a 97' kit, it just has that "faking the funk" look. Funny how the MKIV community pretty much despises Baltic Blue, but on the SC it looks pretty awesome.
