Getting down to business... From racecar look to racecar spec

Update!
Intake manifold is pretty much done
Intake and hotside chargepiping are all pretty much done, and the intercooler has been moved forward and angled a bit
Exhaust is pretty much done
Pile of crap from the interior and a few random things... Piping for the cage is taking forever to come in, but he said that'll be done by the end of next week.

Are you no longer street driving this car?
I would like to know how street driving is with seats that have the upper bar things on them like your bride. Lots of sketchy blind spots?
Also in race car-ish tech its better to duct up to the IC rather than move it forward cause the ducting forces the air thru and just moving it forward allows it to roll off and around it. Race car BRO. Fast. Technology. Whoosh.

I still street drive it. The blind spots are tolerable, but I just bought a 5 panel mirror, which I'm hoping will eliminate all blindspots.
The intercooler sits flush against the bumper, so it should act similar to one that is ducted.

I kinda ghetto rigged mine and just attached it to my rear view mirror so that I can still see traffic lights and still usethe sun visors. Your 5 panel should just bolt right up to where the sunvisors are but then you cant use them and seeing traffic lights at intersectios is a pain in the nuts.

For now, until I can afford a 154. The w58 has held up to a year or two of beating at just over 300whp, with this setup we're gonna tune everything really conservative and hopefully keep it around 350whp for now. I'm just hoping it'll hold until winter.
I have a 4 panel mirror it works wonders.

Snapped a few progress photos of the car today...
Front mount re-mounted with new charge piping. The intake is pretty much done, and you can barely see the ps cooler hiding in the grill.
New and improved look in the engine bay, just tying up a few loose ends.
Gangster new intake.
New coldside setup.
Exhaust is nearing completion.
The cage has finally begun.
And last but not least, big thanks to Zach (UZZ-TT) for for hooking these up.
The car needs to be done in a week for Midwest ASB, it's gonna be close.
