I love S14's but I wouldn't pick up any car that is already modded pretty heavily.
I'd keep the SC and mod it your way, a way that defines your style, not some other guy's style.
You also have all the parts as well, so the choice seems pretty obvious to me, IMO.

man let me tell you aluminum blocks (sr20det) will never ever hold what an iron 2jz can hold stay with your SC its an overall car... sporty,luxury, and a lot more smoother than any s13-14-15- out there plus there is no engine out there thats going to give you what a 2jz offers you.... you know you want to keep that SC man thats the way to go.. just my opinion...

sorry megsmax rb20det is a waste of money dont wast your time with is the sr20 can make the same power!!! ... im in the middle of the same swap ... did you get the rear sump oil pan?... driftmotion.com has mad parts for the swap

Keep your SC, I like 240's owned a few, one with a SR but I would keep your SC and do the swap. 240's are played out now, I still like them though, I'm not gonna hate on a car cause of it's owners. Your SC looks alot nice with the drop and the wheels. Then the 240 that has all that work in it.
