I looked for months and finally found a black, 1992 SC400 with only 128k on it...purchased it and made a few upgrades (IS 350 rims, tint, NAK replacement, etc.) and then one month later a semi clips my back end and sends me spinning across the interstate where I get t-boned by two other cars and slam into the interior cement wall. I escaped with not even a scratch.
Just got word yesterday that the SC is totaled. Hit and run truck driver too. Bastard. Well, at least I'm alive. Time to go find another one.
Anyone else survive nasty wrecks in their SC's? Got pics...post em.

Just found a black 95 SC300 today...easier to mod 300's anyway...going to check it out tomorrow afternoon. If all checks out I'll fork over the cheese and drive away in another SC. I REALLY want to get a front lip and another set of IS350 rims for it asap.

Passenger side rims are toast. Rear is bent AND cracked and front is bent. I was THINKING about heading over there and making the swap for the other two that are ok, but then again who is going to break up a set of 4 just to sell me two? Maybe I'll just do it anyway and to hell with it...see if I can find one or two here or there in the IS forums

I was going in between 55-60 MPH. I was t-boned at about that speed and then probably hit the inside wall by the time deceleration factored in at around 40 or so. It was a wild ride! Here is some more pics.

Glad to hear your O.K.
There are a lot of crash pics here. I have some of my own.![Sad](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/sad.gif)
Im surprised that the Lexus' crash survivability is not as well recognized or touted as say.... Volvo or Mercedes. So far we only know of one death and in his case it probably wouldn’t have made any difference what kind of car he was in.
