Default No current to Injectors..HELP

i have had this problem getting my SC to crank for a little while now. It started when the car just started acting like it was running on 4 cylinders...I was going about 40 when it just start going really slow and shaking a little. I have done my research and replaced soooo many parts. I have come to a conclusion i believe and would like a little help.

Yes i have already looked at other threads/posts as well.

Parts I've Replaced so far:
Fuel Pump
Fuel Pump ECU
Ignition Coils ( Both sides )
Injectors
Spark Plugs
Spark Plug wires
Rotors Caps all that
Cleaned MAF
Coolant Temp Sensor
Ignition switch

many other things im sure i forgot something..

Finally something i should have been checking..
I realized that none of my Injectors were getting current so I think the ECU is causing it..well thats what most have told me and studies show that cause this.

Any advice on the best aftermarket ECU for a just about stock 92 SC400? I just have deleted resonators and Magnaflow mufflers..or where i could get OEM ecu? Alot of guys on here dont have it that i have Pmed..

any advice greatly appreciated..

Thanks.
But i noticed that i am not

oh yea..when i got my little brother to push foot down on gas i squirted a little gas in throttle body and every time i try to crank it right after it almost starts! like it starts and dies real quick. Thats what led me to see the injectors were getting no current. Nothing else could be wrong. ive double even triple checked some of these things..
