What do you think my car is worth?
Its a 1995 5-speed. Has 225,000 miles on it but shifts smooth and has no smoke or rattles. Also it is bone stock except for cone filter and hid's. Has some 18" wheels with poor offsets and just changed brakes, trans fluid, and diff fluid. Also the a/c works and so does the 12 disc changer. Has a rebuilt title.

Looks like there's obvious signs of front end body work (hood fitment is bad along the front bumper and driver's headlight particularly or driver's fender is too high. also missing driver's side/corner marker) Interior looks pretty good, but that's lot's of miles. Has it had timing belt changed at least twice already? Maybe even a second set of LCA's?? I'm thinking under 3k

Thanks for the input guys. I haven't had time to tweak on the front end any since i got it(busy with college). The last timing belt was done at 218,000. And im drawing a blank on what LCA's mean. haha
Oh do you mean lower control arms? If so ive had it on a lift and it looks good and the suspension is actually pretty good for that many miles. I wasn't going to buy it because of miles, until I drove it and it felt so good so i bought it

that car shouldnt dip below 3k cash, no matter how many miles, as long as no extensive body damage, car seem to be well taken care of, interior is clean, has some tasteful mods
as long as it drives and shifts fines, its an 3-4.5k easy
and if youre gonna sell it just ask that if somebody wants manual sc3 bad they will come down and drive it, and will feel comfortable w the car
also keep in mind that sc's are getting old and parts aren't really getting any cheaper, so insurance company will write them off as total in no time even for minor crap

I agree, salvage title hurt resale and it may turn some buyer off. Depending on where you live, You would need to do research on current local listing, if there is a lot of SC for sale or not. 4.5k is probably where I'm going to start You may also want to detail the car.
