Depends on what turbo.
Twins, just get a Basic Core (2" or 2 1/2" thick + BAR & PLATE) and the Driftmotion intercooler piping kit.
You'll still need like 2 or 3 couplers with reducers to make their kit work if you get the 2.5 piping kit.Especially off the Throttle Body (2.75") and Dependent on Size of the end tanks on the Core you buy.
Otherwise get a Kit from CXracing for the Supra 1JZ for $500+.

EIther way even a single Turbo unless your pushing tons of power That will still be fine.

I got a XSpower 3 1/2" Core (Pretty damn Big) for $80 from a friend and the Piping kit.Worked Perfectly. So I only have like $260 for my whole Set-up.A little overkill for my Single Turbo setup but oh well.
damn Near as thick as my old Supras Greddy 4Row.Couldn't hardly get your hand around it.

give Aaron a call at driftmotion let him know you need it for a sc300 with a 1jz and he will give you a universal kit and he will even include the reducers.
