Default I need help routing my vacuum line for sc400 with 2jz-gte

I need help routing my vacuum line right because I'm not getting no throttle response at all, even when I'm open full throttle, I replace the tps sensor still does the same thing. I look up the vacuum diagram for 2jz-gte and i hook it up as the picture show on the diagram, and I'm still getting bad vacuum leak and still no throttle response, am I'm doing something wrong?
Can someone please help me who already did a sc400 with 2jz-gte swap......

here the link for the video on how it sound .....
note .. the car has no down pipe and yes there coolant in the motor haha and yes the vacuum is hook up as the diagram show on the picture.
