i should be getting my stock front lip in the mail today, n i was wondering if it was possible to mount it without the brackets, i tossed mine out thinking i wasnt gonna need it. zip ties i guess?

 

yep many people have installed them w/o the OEM mounting hardware

thats how i did mine, try not to loose too many of the plastic clip things that are holding your plastic fender/liner guards to the bottom of the bumper. you basically just screw in the lip to those clips.

 

i didnt use any clips at all man

 

i got mine, slapped it on but im having a problem keeping it on... the problem i have is that the metal bracket that i have for the sides dont seem to hold it in place. did you guys have to remove the bumper to slap the lip on? oh n do you guys know what size nuts to use for tha brackets?
