i will post pics of the car sometime this week, they look good, much better than the red w/ amber top, up close u can tell that they are not the oem lights but from like 4ft back it looks hot, also all the ligth comes out with no problems(regular/brake) , if i could i would do it again but put on 1 coat less, its a great DIY and easy takes about 2hrs total and $8 in supply.

to me 97-00 tails are the best ....trust me, it does look like an upgrade when you do the whole 97 conversion. initially i kept the 95's in because i loved the cleaner looking design but i took it out to do a side by side comparison and it made the 95's look old...the 97's lens has more of a "glossy" appearance and that chrome bezel incorporated in it is a nice touch!(it grew on me),but to each his own...
NOTHING BEATS CUSTOM!!!!!.....coming soon hint, hint! (thanx mike!)

Sorry to revive this old thread.
Aliga: This is interesting. I upgraded my taillights as well. I did not get the indicator light but my turn signals are hyperblinking like crazy.

There is only one way you can compare the tail lights and I didn't discover it until by accident one day in the mall parking lot. I have the 97-00 tail lights, and while I was leaving the mall one day I found a 92-94 gold SC parked next to me. The parking spots are angled so as I was walking to my car, I could see the contour lines the two tail lights make. It's weird, and you probably won't believe me until you see it yourself, but the 97-00 tail lights make the *** end of the SC slope out more and look much sportier and sexier. The 92-94 tail lights were pretty much a straight vertical line down in comparison and made the SC's *** look fatter. I don't know what effect the 95-96 has because I traded mine away two years ago for the 92-94s which I no longer use. Night time illumination, there's no contest, the 97-00 takes the cake! Man I wish I took a pic when Manaray, DevilDog, and I were installing the 97-00 tail lights in my SC with the 92-94 one on the other side. The difference of presence is amazing in person. Just my two cents.

Can someone with a 97+ Lights on a green SC please post pics of them. I think the 97+ look great on lighter colored cars, but I want to see them on darker cars.
