Brake light Switch????

Angry Brake light Switch????

Brake lights aren't working and car will not go into drive. Think my brake light switch at the pedal is bad. Anybody ever replace this??? Fuses are all good so that isn't it. Help guys.

The switch is easy to troubleshoot - if you can get to the terminals on the switch, connect them together with a test lead and see if the brake lights come on and if you can get the trans out of park with the engine running, then you know if it's the switch. Don't leave the test lead connected for long, it may get hot from carrying the load to the brake lights.
